Strega Liqueur is a heritage spirit brand from Italy. Strega needed a label for a new retro bottle format. For production reasons the bottle is made of PVC, to balance the perception of low quality packaging from the buyers we needed to call into action the strong, classy heritage of the company .
We decided to get inspired by Strega’s Fortunato Depero futurist’s posters. We reinterpreted his typographic style. To balance the label we used gold borders and sans serif typeface for the word CLUB. They loved the final result.
